I used bailey`s several years ...

I used bailey`s several years ago with good results. I tried to use him last summer to get a sensor fixed. He told me he would have to put the car up on the rack and disassemble a lot of stuff to get to it. Not the case, you reach in (a tight squeeze and he has big hands) pull the old sensor, put the new one in. The ailignment is a bit iffy but I got it done for $30 instead of $300. Then my power steering pump die... view mored. It is a two hour job to replace it. I was told to bring it in on Tuesday. Tuesday bright and early, was told he couldn`t get to it. We arranged for him to do it instead on Thursday. Bright and early Thursday I took it in. Asked him to call after he looked at it. 3:30 pm, I call him. I find out that it won`t be done til Friday. I arrange for transportation home in a town in the next county. I try calling him friday morning, left a voicemail, no return call. Boyfriend calls, leaves a voicemail, no return call. Boyfriend leaves work to check the status of the car. It is still parked exactly as I left it. No work has been done. They are waiting on a part. That part is readily available at NAPA, Advanced Auto and Auto Zone, not to mention the manufacturer.
