Go Somewhere else, you`lll be glad you did....

Bought a 2007 Cadillac Escalade from Smail Cadillac. We have had nothing but problems with the vehicle. Vehicle has been in the service dept. 4 times, with below average work performed. They seem to have no answers, getting nothing but run around, they blame Cadillac, but Cadillac has no answers. Very very poor communication with Smail. I would highly HIGHLY recommend NOT buying any vehicle from the family of de... view morealerships, especially from their Cadillac brand. Go soemone else, you will be glad you did.
