Bad Service

I went in for a routine repair but I got way more than I asked for. Without even consulting me they put in a $650 part that they admitted would not even fix my car. When I asked them to remove the part because I didn`t want to pay for it they told me I had to pay for the car or they would have it impounded. When I asked to speak to the service manager I explained to him what happened and he hung up on me. I went into... view more the shop and he refused to see me, they actually asked me to leave. Never ever get any kind of repair from Delaney! They are very rude to their customers and I still don`t have my car fixed.
