These people mis-diagnosed a problem and wont take the responsibility for consequential damage or for being careless,and only responsibility not a monetary claim. Now my car is in a condition that the engine might be damaged because they fixed something they ""thought"" was wrong and that aggravated the condition. Its bad enough to make mistake on something like a car that can put you in a life threatening situation,... view more to top it,to also shrug and not take responsibility is just not professional. And then Mrs.Al (Owner`s wife) says never to come back to their shop, tells you something about customer relationship and commitment to do things right, doesn`t it. Dont ever go there, this place is full of old people from the 70s and they have no idea what they do. They do guess work with your car and their only aim is to get money out of you.
