Jerks! I bought a lifetime alignment, they didn`t even properly align it and tried to make some excuse as ti why they could not(even though the previous Firestone aligned it just fine), then I got a tranny flush done and they didn`t use the right fluid for my car and it was a quart low. I started having shifting issues and when I called them to ask what type of fluid they used, Thomas asked me why I waited so long to... view more bring up my issue. I could have strangled him through the phone if I could have. I work all of the time and only have one car and live alone. Why did I wait so long? Seriously? Not the right question to ask an irrate customer. Never going back.
