Not an honest car dealer
When you have an agreement, you would expect honest businessmen to stand up to it, right? Well Sam does not. I had an agreement to purchase a vehicle, and when I called to arrange the pickup, he was selling it to another buyer. Then he wouldn`t take my phone call, and just sent a text....I wonder what he would do if I drove back over there?
STAY AWAY from Sam`s...unless you want to get screwed.
