I have had terrible experiences at so many garages, its a breathe of fresh air to find a decent garage not trying to rip you off. I had my vehicle at 2 other garages, 1 franchise and 1 independant and they both told me i needed over $3000 in work on my transmission. I brought my car here and they said it was $125. I brought my car to this shop for a custom exhaust. We ended up removing my muffler and put a straight pipe on. My car not only sounds great but the price was awesome and they were really friendly and helped me make the decision to go with a straight pipe. He could of upsold me an aftermarket muffler but he showed his professionalism and explained that I would get the same result just adding a straight pipe. STAY AWAY from this place

DO NOT let these guys work on your car for anything other than replacing muffler. They are incompetent, ignorant, and rude. I made an appointment a week ahead of time to have my steering rack replace and was assured that it`ll be done the the day`s end (Quoted $300 for parts and 5 hours ($400) for labor). 4 Days later and I still don`t have my car. Every time I call to ask them what`s going on, they always gave... view more me the same story, ""Oh it`ll be done tomorrow."" So after 4 days without a car, I call and again they gave me the same spill. This time, the manager on the phone (Tom) was very rude and belligerent. He started to use profanity and tell me that it won`t be done tonight and it`ll be done tomorrow. He told me ""sht happens"" and I should have plan ahead of time (to be without a car) for a big job like this. Well isn`t that why I scheduled an appointment and was foolishly assured that it`ll be done by the end of the day to begin with, Tom? Now I`m 5 days without a car and wonder whether they screwed something up and didn`t tell me...
