PLAY THIS GAME?

I called for a saturn part. The man said " I can`t help you with that." I asked do you have any saturns there? , Thinking I could pull the part or tell him where it is located on the car. He was nasty and said "Why do we have to play this GAME` Thanks ALOT, Next time don`t answer the phone STAY IN THE JUNK-YARD!!
