Disappointed with customer service

Good Tires. Disappointed in problem solving. I had a disagreement with the sales clerk. Instead of trying to get to the bottom of the issue, the owner basically told me to go somewhere else. I know he wanted to stick up for his employee, but his customer`s pays his bills and should be given a little consideration. Maybe it is true that the customer is NEVER right. I`m not sure if I will go back to Essey`s , I don`... view moret trust the service there now which is a shame since we have purchased a few set of tires.
