Best Experience Ever!!!
I don`t know why the other people are giving such negative reviews on this site. I had a good experience 2 weeks ago purchasing a 2003 Ford Explorer with my wife. I have been looking around for a couple weeks for a good deal and I found one here. Let me tell you, when I called up, Rick answered the phone in a very polite attitude and answered all my questions right off to bat. That I though was pretty good so I d... view morerove down the next day and took the Explorer for a test drive. This thing rode nice and better than I expected because it has almost 147,000 miles on it. I know though that these Ford trucks are good rides. I still can`t believe I only paid $3,700 for this thing. My kids love this so far this winter in the rain and all. We just got back from Ohio for Christmas and it made the trip without any problems. My wife is in need of a car this spring so we will be going back to talk to them. I will definately refer LBSi Automotive to all my friends. Rick made the sale quick and easy. Thanks LBSi Automotive!

Go to Lbsi if you like being yelled at and assaulted!
This place doesn`t deserve even a 1 star rating. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid this place at all costs.
Here is my experience at LBSI Automotive LLC in Uniontown:

I called in to take a look at a 97 cavalier. After answering the phone rudely, as if I was bothering him, Rick Kanuch, a salesman, told me the cavalier was in stock and also a sunfire. He said the only thing wrong with the cavalier was... view more the wheel bearing, and said there was nothing at all wrong with the sunfire. I said I would be coming in a few hours. After driving an hour to get there, when I arrive he says to me after sighing when I walked in the door ""You`re not going to buy today, are you? My hands are full."" After looking at the cavalier he tells me it also needs an exhaust, turn signal, and some other things. Then he tells me about the sunfire`s ignition, which after messing with for ten minutes, both me and my brother could not get it to budge. (Also, LBSI had posted on Craigslist, Autotrader, and their website that the vehicle had 97k miles on the odometer. It actually had 178k miles. This was not a typo)
I KINDLY asked why he told me all of these things on the phone about how they were fine mechanically, and just need a little cosmetic work. Never once raised my voice or got an attitude. He tells me he`s done with me, and calls me an a**hole. He approached me as if he was going to take a swing, but probably realizing he`s half my size he slams the door in my face. No, i`m not making any exaggerations or leaving anything out. All of this because I politely asked why I was given false information.
If you go to Lbsi Automotive, make sure you are able to defend yourself, as Rick may try to beat you up!

Wrecked cars and screaming salesman
I purchased a car from LBSI Automotive LLC. We were in a pinch and needed a car, striking out everywhere we went. We finally came across a car on a used car website to a used car dealership an hour and a half away in Uniontown. My girlfriend and I are both in school and both have jobs that support us. Neither of us have money right now to buy a new car so we really cut back on everything just to get a $2000 car. ... view more We bought a 1997 Chrysler Sebring Convertible as it was listed at 99,999 miles (which we interpreted at somewhere around 100,000 miles). We were told it had a new paint job and ran great. It wasn
