I have been going to Thompson for 13 years. Jason of the Green team is terrific but I am sure all the reps are. He always gives me an estimate of time and 99 percent of the time he is on target. I do not remember ever having a problem with a mechanical job done. The waiting room is most pleasant, tv, internet, refreshments. I highly recommend Thompson
