I was receiving a ""Check Engine Light"" on my 2001 Expedition and in the process of trying to figure out just exactly WHAT was causing this situation, I found that I had a large hole in my muffler. After asking some of my buddies at work if they had any muffler work done locally, one of them gave me Iarrapino`s business card and said they had an otherwise expensive component installed for MUCH less money than other... view more places advertise. I figured I`d give them a call that day. I was given a quick quote over the phone by a knowledgeable service person, and made an appointment for the next day. For $85, I had a new muffler, but what impressed me was that when I mentioned the check engine light, one of the technicians went out of their way to come out to my car, plug in the code reader, and tell me what the code meant exactly. And there was no charge for this! He politely offered to make me another appointment to have the necessary service completed, and was not pushy when I declined (my friend has the same vehicle and had done this particular fix on his recently). I have recommended Iarrapino`s to my family and friends and was overall more than pleased with my experience! The truck is running (And sounding) great!

royal screw

Im new to Butler and was needing to have my brakes checked, so i went to Iarrapino`s to get an appointment. told the young man that i counld`nt leave it cause i didnt live right in town. not problem, i was schedule at 10:30am. got the vehicle there early, and told the guy i was going on a walk and would be back. I did a 45min walk , can back to the shop , saw that my vehicle was outside, and figured that it was ... view moredone...i ask the muscle man if my vehicle was done he said they couldnt get to it until the afternoon.why would i be scheduled at 10:30 then? the ahole never even appoligized. i will never give this place a good recommendation...hey buddy thanks for screwing over a senior citizen...

So much better

I had a hole in my muffler. I first went to Midas and got an estimate for over $350. If that wasn`t disturbing enough I was told that I would have to come back several hours later, because they could not take me at that time. I came home worried that I didn`t have the money for it and I didn`t want to charge it and besides it was my birthday (Yeah 40!! Woohoo!) I had things I wanted to do. I searched for mufflers... view more on citysearch.com and found Iarrapino`s . I went there to have them look at it and give me an estimate. Well to my surprise the bill was much more affordable ($75 installed) and they could take my car right away. The car was done in 1/2 hour and I was on my way. I highly recommend this place.
