I have dealt with John and Fletchers for years with a variety of different vehicles. they have dealt honorably and fairly each and every time. I have had no complaints ever. Today i`m taking my jeep for a water pump and expect nothing but the best!!!!

Dont go here

I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy! They had my car for 3 1/2 months and fixed nothing. I told them the battery was dead and it needed a new starter when I had it towed there. I called them a month later for them to tell me that my battery was dead and I may need a new starter!! They called me today asking me for money for a new starter!!! They spoke to someone besides me regarding the starter that ... view moreI needed, I was never told anything. I gave them a fair chance, they blew it big time. I`ve never been to a shop where they asked for money upfront!! Pay before pick up is what I trust. If they havent fixed anything yet why in the world would I give them money today? I think its shady that they ask for money right before the holidays!!

Run in the other direction

I dropped my car off in August, they have yet to fix anything. They called me today asking for money!!! They also talked to other people regarding my car and never spoke with me. Dont they have laws against that? I should have dropped it off at the VW dealership it would have been worth the extra costs!!!
