After years of servicing our family vehicles at Jack`s, we enjoyed a long life on our 2002 Chevy Venture. Their staff recently diagnosed engine and cooling system issues indicating a major repair totaling an estimated $1500+ on our van would not be advisable on a 180,000-mile vehicle that has served our family well but has now rapidly approached the end of its useful life. Jack`s service personnel have skillfully repaired, maintained, and guided us in the proper care of our vehicles so that our family would be safe in roadworthy transportation. We are grateful that their expertise has helped us to make a wise decision to replace our van now rather than continue to pour money into repairing it. This is particularly important to note because self-interest might compel men of poor character to encourage a vehicle?ˆ™s continued repair to enhance one?ˆ™s own service business volume. Frankly, the reputation for fairness and integrity at Jack?ˆ™s is refreshing. We live in a world where there is no shortage of shady businesses willing to sell you vehicle services you don?ˆ™t even need and continue to encourage you to pour money into a rapidly declining vehicle so they can add to their own income stream. But Jack?ˆ™s Auto doesn?ˆ™t operate that way and their customers are better off. Jack`s service personnel have also exhibited careful attention to detail in proper maintenance and care for customer?ˆ™s vehicles. For years, we have relied heavily on their expertise to troubleshoot any urgent automotive problems and major mechanical failures. They have addressed urgent concerns in a prompt manner and scheduled us for less urgent maintenance needs. When work has been required, Jack`s service technicians have been upfront about pricing and thorough in repair. When the quick lube servicers, tire retailers, muffler shops, and even some big dealership service shops recommend unnecessary maintenance (more frequent radiator flushes, oil changes, filter changes and other regular maintenance items at shorter mileage intervals than properly recommended by auto manufacturers), they generally are trying to pad their bottom line profits not serve the best interests of their customers. We so trust the advice and guidance received over the years at Jack?ˆ™s because they are honest about what is necessary and appropriate for well maintained vehicles. They seem always to have plenty of business because they are trustworthy in their diagnostic work and service recommendations while other garages and auto service providers are quick to scare their customer into new wipers, filters, flushes, etc. to pad their bottom line at customers?ˆ™ expense. In this challenging economy, proper vehicle maintenance continues to be important, but not overspending on unnecessary maintenance is a financial blessing to every family. Our family thanks God for Jack?ˆ™s! The other thing that is worth noting is that we have purchased three gently used vehicles from Jack?ˆ™s Auto Sales during the last 12 years. Their staff has been careful to purchase quality pre-owned vehicles and possesses the knowledge to evaluate before such purchases so they acquire vehicles which are best suited to serve customers with functional longevity and reliability. On top of that, we have been immensely satisfied and quite grateful for our Jack?ˆ™s vehicle purchases because they are comfortable, fun to drive, and the quality of their service and maintenance in the shop after the sale has really been the icing on the cake.
