Highway Robbery!!!

I went to Firestone because I was happy with their customer service when I got an oil change and alignnment. The fan on my AC/heater went and I desperately needed it fixed. They quoted me $258 to fix it, admiting that the part was only $50 and the rest labor because of how difficult it would be to take the dashboard out. I was outraged at the price and took it elsewhere. I ended up getting it fixed for $38!!! The guy... view more I took it to bought the part from the dealer for only $18 and $20 for labor! He admitted it took only 20 minutes to take the dash out, fix the part and put the dash back...Firestone is a ripoff!!! I asked the guy if he was sure of the price he charged me and he said for the ease of the fix he couldn`t justify charging me more!
