Worst place ever!

Please never even glance an eye at this place! I swear no one there even knows what they`re doing. My tires were acting funny after getting a tire rotation so after reading up on it and getting advice from a mechanic, I needed an alignment done. So I called this place because I was told they had great prices and services...yeah right. The manager suggested I get my wheels balanced along with the alignment, so being y... view moreoung and immature I said sure. Not even realizing that a week later one of my tires in the front driver side had a bad tire rod. Thus meaning I would need another alignment, another $94 after their 20% off coupon nonetheless! Terrible mechanic and manager. Wasted money

Awesome service

I`ve gone here multiple times over the last several years. I am a woman and had previously had bad experiences at larger auto repair places, so I was a bit hesitant to go to another place with a familiar name. However, I got a coupon in the mail that I couldn`t pass up!

Everytime I`ve been there they have been nothing but pleasant, helpful, and professional. One gentleman even took 5 minutes to explain to m... view moree the purpose of struts and why I should look into replacing mine in the future. He told me they would pass inspection for years to come but explained the effects on my car the older and more worn they became.

One time they forgot to reattach an air cord after an oil change. My engine light was on and it sounded a bit odd, so I was worried something went wrong. They found the problem within a few minutes, fixed it, and gave me a free oil change in the future. Their service and customer treatment is A+

They still continue to send excellent coupons too! I won`t go anywhere else.
