My son`s car was in an acciden...

My son`s car was in an accident and the police called Chrin`s for the tow around 7:00 pm Friday Evening. We requested a tow to our own body repair shop but they said had to go to their place a few miles away. Shop was closed SAT and SUN. My wife called them Monday morning to have it moved. Was told their charges were $300 which include 4-days (Fri, SAT, SUN and Mon.) of storage at $35/day- the allowed MAXIMUM of thei... view morer city contract. They told her it would be better if we let them do the repair and said they would do an estimate. One day later- no estimate (the computer is broken) and an additional days storage fee if we want to move it. Stereotypical business given a license to steal by a city towing contract.

Given the brush off

I wanted to bring my car in for a simple procedure. When I talked to the desk person, he acted rather belligerent and told me I`d have to come back later in the day. I never went back because I think that as a potential customer I should be treated respectfully and not like an annoyance. If they would have been polite and told me that they were super busy instead of acting like I was bothering them, I would have c... view moreome back. Instead, I went elsewhere. I let my dollar do the talking and reward places with my business if I feel that they value me as a customer. I didn`t leave this place feeling that way at all.
