Completely unprofessional, made a mess of my home during installation, owner and employees were drunk during the installation, they were screaming and arguing with one other ... My neighbors wanted to call the police! They put holes everywhere trying to find studs to screw into all over my walls... If you attempt address an issue you may have with their work ....the owner Jeff will start screaming, bullying, and curs... view moreing... Horrible company, horrible work, and a horrible decision to hire these people

he shoewd up for me !

i called them to have a big picture window fixed that was broke in the middle of the night. i talked to jeff about 8Am he asked me for a aprrox size, then he said one of his men would be there in a hour or so. they cut the glass on the job and it only took about an hour or so. they cleaned up very nice, and a great price. but for great service like that , price was no big deal. they where no joke to me. call them . t... view morehanx guys

BEWARE - Just Another No-Show Contrator

First: In posting this review, I would have given zero stars, but the program running this site requires an entry so I had to post one star at least, Pittsburgh Mirroe & Glass doesn`t deserve any star.

Second: I was on Vinial Street one day and notices that a business right down the street from Pittsburgh Mirror & Glass was having glass work done by a different contractor. Maybe their price was lower...I don... view more`t know. But I thought it was strange.

Lastly: I excahanged a number of calls with Jeff to set up a time convenient with him as to when he could come to my home for the glass repair -- estimate. He blew me off-- no call or anything off --- after he called an said he`d be there. And then, four days later called me to make arrangements for him to come to the house.

Don`t waste your time with this business.
