Stay away from Arrowhead, unless you`re looking for a place to park your car. We spend $700 in the last four months there, and the problem was never fixed. We took it back again, hoping Charley would stand by his work. Now it`s another problem for $500. Figured we had to have it towed there, used all our AAA allowed tows since we started going here, told him to do the work. It`s been over 2 weeks; every time we ... view morecall "it`s almost done". So frustrating, and he acts like we`re bothering him; lousy customer service, not convinced he knows what he`s doing, and just takes forever. Better off Goodyear, Firestone, Fly By Night Mechanics, anywhere!!! Shame on us for going back; figured small town guy would stand by his work.
