This is the greatest place in the world to add "accessories" to your car. Two years ago, I had a remote starter installed. Everything was explained very carefully to me and it worked perfectly on my 2003 PT Cruiser. Today, because one of the starters wasn`t lighting, I went back. I was treated like a very important customer - and spent all of $3. Now I`m going to add Sirius Radio to my car after Christm... view moreas - wouldn`t consider going anywhere else. Don`t waste your time going to this dump. Customer satisfaction is a big old 0!

This was the worst experience I ever had. I walked into what I guess they considered they retail shop. The owner, Dave, just stared at me until I said something. He was unbelievably unfriendly and I will never step foot in there again. The place is horrible, their prices couldn`t be worse, and most of all the customer satisfaction was 0. Don`t waste your time going to this place.
