Freedom Toyota of Harrisburg has horrible customer service. I called to have a part replaced in my vehicle in the beginning of may, they told me it would be in within 3-4 weeks after a month and a half i called back and they said it was in. They said they would call me back to schedule they did not call for two weeks so i called them. They then said the same thing and it happened again so i called and they said it wa... view mores in the would schedule me after he talked to the servicemen when they were free that week. After two day i got frustrated and called back they told me that i was not in their system and that they had i had no part there. I had to freak out on them before they would actually do anything. I can not believe that a company like that would lie to their customers about having a part there for them. It took the whole summer for them to finally schedule my vehicle.

dont buy here

their cars stink. you tell them what you want and then they try to talk you into some other crud. the cars are neglected and have a million things wrong that they promise to fix but then give you a million excuses why they cant after you buy it
