i too have had the same NE(negative expience) that daveb1231 had ..... they would not honor the warranty even tho the repairs had been done within the two year limit ...when i went in on fri. 10/15/2010 to get my car repaired, armed with my paperwork, i was told that the part that broke was NOT under warranty and it would cost me $400 to fix it ...... and yet my paperwork said it was covered and if you go to thier we... view morebsite it also states that labor and parts are covered for 2 yrs and yet here is this ""manager"" standing in front of me saying that i have to pay $400 to fix it ...... now even if i buy the fact that the part was only covered for 90 days(which i don`i) the part is only $169 that leaves $230 ..what does that go for ....... MORE LABOR ..but that is covered by the warranty ...... Well I told them NO WAY and out the door i went ...DO NOT GO TO THEM
as i left angry and frustrated ....i soon found out there was more NE ...if you go to thier website you will find that the phone number of ...Corporate .... has been disconnected and is no longer in service ....GREAT ...

Clutch went out in to truck.Called got a price towed my truck in.ticked it up the next day same price and down wright could not ask for more.Thanks lowboy

I have had the same experience as NAN123. I had my clutch replaced in March of 2008 in a 2004 Ford Ranger. The part they replaced, the slave cylinder, failed again on May of 2009. They claim that they are using factory parts but they only give a 90 day warranty on the part and clip you for the labor again. So I am waiting for them to fix my now $840.00 ($140 for the part and $350.00 + $350.00 again for labor)slav... view moree cylinder again. I would be very careful of these guys. I believe they are using used or cheap aftermarket parts.

Cutch doctors was AWESOME! I had them replace the clutch on my `03 toyota truck and they did it for HALF the price of everywhere else! These guys are honest, friendly and hard working. I would trust them with any of your clutch or brake needs. I`ve heard they do other forms of car maintenance as well. If you need work done on your car, I would suggest calling clutch doctors FIRST and then comparing them to other shop... view mores. You will be amazed at how much time and money you save by going to clutch doctors.

Only repair shop i called that quoted me a price and that;s what i paid! My car was done on time and at the price quoted. Definately the most honest shop i`ve used.

Horrible!! I had the clutch doctors replace my clutch 2 years ago b/c they were the cheapest. When I got my car back the ""check engine"" light was on (it was not on when I brought it in) and they wouldn`t fix it. It turned out to be a problem with my computer that ended up costing over $500. Then a year later my clutch needed to be replaced again. It was under warranty but I still needed to pay $260 for labor.... view more Then when I got my car back the clock was broken. Now it`s less than a year later and the clutch needs to be replaced AGAIN! Not to mention the people are RUDE. Avoid at all costs. They`re cheap for a reason.
