Their customer service was great. They honored a phone quote that I got 2 weeks ago, they offered to pull the part for me and offered a cheaper way for me to get what I needed form their yard. I go to pick up part this week, let`s see how it goes. They also take notes on calls and didn`t have my name then. Impressive in today`s business world.
