My parents had taken their truck in to be fixed after this business supposedly rebuilt their transmission less than a year ago for $4000. They left their truck for 2 weeks and it had not even been looked at for repair. My parents needed it back for a trip that was planned. They got to the shop, and oh how nice these people were! They wanted to get the truck at least detailed for the inconvenience. Two hours later, tr... view moreuck done! Mileage had been recorded for the repair and low and behold, the truck had been driven 500 miles! The next day, they needed to go to the dump and pulled back the bed cover only to find about 15 bags of garbage full of needles, paper towels, and q-tips! All drug paraphernalia! Guess the detail folks forgot that! Oops! Then, my mom gets out of the passenger door and sees a foot long crack that has been super glued for a fix! If you want your vehicle used and abused feel free to leave your vehicle with Cory and gang! They will do you up just fine! The complete disrespect and disregard for people will be coming back to you at the Dalles Transmission Center! Zero stars!
