Beyond the call of duty

Last November our vehicle broke down in Newport. We were passing through and didn`t know where to be towed. We asked the manager at our motel and he highly recommended McDowells. It was a Friday and the kids needed to be in school and we at work Monday morning. The needed part was not available locally and needed to be ordered. Lucky, the owner who normally does not work on Saturday, came in and finished the job and... view more got us on our way that day.
