Although I`m sure the quality of the actual vehicle service is fine, the service department is run by uncompassionate robots.

On numerous occasions I`ve found the service coordinator/calendar to be completely inflexible, the service time takes too long, and on one occasion the problem that the vehicle was brought in for was not addressed. They`ve never asked me if I`m satisfied with their service and mistaken... view morely seem to assume that they don`t need to. I`ll be taking my business elsewhere.
