Josh, the ""manager"" knows very little about vehicles at all. He just makes up the info as he goes along. His attitude is cocky and rude. Acts as if he`s better than everyone.

Also, their ratings on here are from the employees! Chris Bergman owns the place. There`s also two other guys posing as a ""good reviewer"" when it`s just nothing more besides not-so-sneaky workers making things up

Best Performance Parts Shop on the West Coast

I`ve been to HPF serveral times in the past few months. They have always taken care of me. They have the best prices around, and don`t jack me around like several of the other shops in Portland. I can`t say enough good things about them.

Great Site, Great Communication!

HorsepowerFreaks provided me with a lot of help on my Talon and extremely great communication. They are the best when it comes to customer communication!!!!!!! I love buying from their store because its so much less of a hassle than buying from other sites, who seem to constantly leave their customers in-the-dark about everything!!!

Excellent Service and Great Prices

These guys kick as$. despite slow shipping from the manufacturer (not HPF`s fault) Tom was great, he did everything he could to get my parts to my door ASAP. the second time i called as soon as i told him my first name he knew exactly what order it was, and with the volume you do online, this impressed me greatly. thanks for the help again, and you WILL have more of my business in the future.

Awesome Performance Shop
