Horrible business practices
I had the windshield replaced on my scion and they seemed to be very competent and friendly and installed it in a timely manner assuring me that If I had any problem in the installation at any time, that they would be more than happy to fix it, this being said I did experience a leak a short time later they made it difficult to schedule an appointment and then had the audacity to no show.
