I stopped by to get an oil change and was pleasantly surprised by how clean the shop was. The people were quick and, and friendly. I was also able to watch the work actually being done through a window. The waiting room had a television if you would rather just sit back and watch t.v. While my van was being serviced the technician showed me one of my filters that had been over looked in a prior servicing at a differe... view morent establishment. I was able to have a clean filter put in which is supposed to increase my gas mileage which I had noticed had slipped a little bit. I noticed when rotating the tires on my truck that the front brake pads were almost gone, but that the rears were still in good shape. Now usually I`d have just done the brake job myself, but with the cold & wet weather (I have to work on it outside...there`s no room in my garage to work.) I decided to have the front pads changed.

I called and made the appointment no problem, but as soon as I arrived it all we... view morent down hill. The first thing they said was that for a truck like mine it would cost more. What!...Fine I`ll pay the extra $30 just get the job done.

I told them the rear was fine and that I just needed front pads. Now since I work nights and sleep during the day I told them not to call me unless there was a problem. Guess what happens 2 hours later? Phone call to tell me that the rears need to be changed too and it`ll need new rotors for the rear. And apparently they decided that my truck needed an oil change as well! Now out of the graciousness of their hearts they`ll give me $100 off the price of over $800 to do all the work! Excuse me. I don`t think so. After several minutes argument they finally admitt that all the front axle needs is new pads. Exactly what I told them to do!

I hope that the pads they installed work better once they wear in a bit since my old worn out pads had more stopping power than these new ones.

Run don`t walk away from this place!

All service was performed professionally and I was invited to review items before replacement. It was helpful to see where service was needed. The service team was diligent and eager to do the service asap. He commented on items that where tools to help me understand the areas of concern. Also gave me a small additional discount on another service.

Perfect! Jeff got us in and Jonathan got us out within a few hours. Our brakes were in terrible shape and from the moment we picked up our car at the Aloha location, it felt like we were driving a new automobile. They made sure our family was safe and gave us some good advice on how to keep our automobile from getting as bad as it did this time around. Sweet, sweet deal!

went to another shop because i knew my brakes were messed up. They said everything was fine. I didnt believe them so i took my car to brake team. They not only found out that my brakes were gone but they also gave me great service and fixed the problem in a timely manner. They gave me a deadline and they met that deadline. That was new for me. REVIEW: Very pleased with the service. They called to give us the update on the car not long after dropping it off gave us the options we had to fix the car, made suggestions to help us decide what to do. They even stayed open a little later to finish the job for us. When we came in to get the vehicle everything was explained again and all our questions were answered.

The manager and manager in training at the hillsboro location were both very helpful and cooperative. I had an appointment and even though there were several walk-ins that had come in unexpected, they got to me as fast as possible. It took a little longer than I was hoping but my brakes were replace as well as my rotors. I want to thank you for saving me money. I drive a nice high end car, and after getting a quote at another well known shop here is what i was told. I needed rear pads and rear rotors resurfacing Worn front pads, needed new calipers and new rotors. In other words the whole enchilada for the front wheels the cost was $976.00 I figured if you could do pads for $88.00, you probably would do the other items for less... view more.
