What do most people hate about shopping

What do most people hate about shopping for a vehicle? You have to deal with devilishly grinning salespeople, wildly inflated sticker prices, ridiculous in-house financing interest rates, and, worst of all, coffee that`s been brewing since last Tuesday! None of the above is true about the Alan Webb Chevy dealership. I spent half a day experiencing exactly those things until I ended up at their place. I wish I`d start... view moreed my journey there. Their salesperson, Heather James, was kind, personable, knowledgeable, professional and casual all at the same time. She didn`t start by trying to do the high ball pricing with haggling game. The price was comfortably close to the MSRP of the Chevy Sonic LS I bought. In a word, awesome. Equifax`s screwed up credit rating system said I didn`t even have a credit score, but their finance department saw I`d been faithfully making payments on my previous vehicle for 4 years and gave me an amazing monthly payment and interest rate. My credit union was nowhere near that favorable. And I`ve been a member there for 20 years! And the coffee? Eat your heart out, Starbucks. Long story short (too late), this was the best car shopping experience I`ve ever had.
