Horrible service department

When I presented a jeep manufactures coupon for my service bill they inform me that I can`t use my coupon. She said the service was already discounted. The advisor didn`t go over my bill with me. They did NOT do the multi point inspection on my car. To top it off they didn`t wash it like they are supposed to. I have several years in the auto industry and have never seen or experienced such horrible service. I will ne... view morever go back and will tell everyone I know not to go there
