What you fear from a used car dealership. Lots of pressure from the get-go, to test drive a car, to look at the finance options, to run your credit, to make deal that day, yada yada. I actually went home and ran through my budget and an online loan calculator. Then when I returned (after calling to see what their best payment plan would be) there was more negotiating because the rate they gave me was only availabl... view moree with a warranty which cost an additional $1495. And on and on. Finally left with a car and financing. Then they called a week later for me to come back and sign an updated finance package, which they said was fully approved (which is what they claimed the original was...?) But when I asked if there were any changes, I ended up talking to 4 different people over 5 days, none of whom would give me a payment amount or interest rate over the phone. They kept telling me they`d get back to me with the info and then I`d get a call saying, When are you coming in to sign the new paperwork? Eventually I said I would not go through with the contract if the monthly payments were significantly more than originally agreed to. They had bumped my interest rate by 15% and monthly payment by $80. When I brought the car back, they took the keys and expected me to leave without my $1000 down payment. Then made me wait an hour and a half to get a check written. And would not reimburse the $35 I had put in the gas tank (they`d sold it to me with the fuel gauge on E.) Insult to injury!

DON`T!!! Buy a car here !!! They will say all kinds of things to get the deal done and then stick you with a busted beater of a car ! Beware of this place I would not tell my whorst enemy yo buy a car from here.

It was the best car buying exp...

It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The staff were prompt and extremely helpful. They were able to give me the deal I needed on the car I wanted and in record time. Ray and Carl were very informative and friendly. Highly recommend!
