Terrible customer service! I simply asked for a CarFax on a vehicle and was told that "We cannot spend money to pull a carfax without the customer being here. You can pull on yourself if you would like to." So the customer either has to spend money on gas to get to their dealership or money on the CarFax. I am also surprised that they would acquire the vehicle without first pulling a history report on the ... view morevehicle. If they did, then they should still have it on hand. If they did not, how are they able to stand behind their vehicles 100%??
