Steve`s Tune Up

I took my car in for 2 spark plugs to be changed, I had the plugs and wires already. it was on a 2002 camaro. This guy runs a ciomputer diagnostics after he puts in the plugs and wires, which I did not ask for then has the ability to lie to me about it would have cost 80 bucks an hour for the labor anyway and he says the tune was something he did for free.
