I needed new tires & a front suspension check, had a rattle noise as I drove. I dealt with Glen St. Claire, EXCELLENT customer service skills. I spoke with him the night before. He set me up in the computer. He told me to be up there at 6:45 am so they could get right to me at opening @7am. I was out at 8:45. They tightened a control arm bolt that was causing the rattle. I`m very pleased with my overall experienc... view moree. I was in the waiting area the whole time. I overheard Glen with several customers. Again, EXCELLENT customer service skills! I highly recommend this store as long as you deal with Glen. I can`t vouch for anyone else because I only dealt with him.
