My husband and I reserved a Penske truck for 7/14/11. That day we walked into All Star Motors & were told bluntly that they had no trucks-no apologies. I asked why we weren`t called & the owner/manager said "It`s not our responsibility - it`s Penske`s and they don`t give a damn about their customers". We called Penske and were told it would be taken care of. A truck suddenly became available but it... view more was damaged and we had to wait for another. The lady who worked there was very flustered but the man would not help her, saying "I don`t do Penske". When the paperwork was done I reminded them that we had paid for 4 dozen furniture pads. The man left the room and started throwing some tattered blankets out of the garage, literally at my husband. My husband told him they were not what we were expecting and this man screamed "Then don`t take them, GD it!" My husband asked what the problem was & his answer was "YOU ARE!" We left and contacted Penske, who compensated us beyond our expectations.
