I have a junior going to OSU and when he told me the he was having car trouble I went on line and found T&M Automotive. Being 350 miles away I almost decided to go to a dealership. I`v had some real bad experiences with dealerships but thought I should send him there for peace of mind. Man I`m glad I didn`t. Tom was honest, upfront and did exactly what he told me he would do. We recently had an AC compress...

We recently had an AC compressor `repaired` here. The mechanic Tom did not do the job correctly and skipped steps. The AC compressor locked up less than a month after service and after taking it to a reputable service shop we found that Tom, the owner, skipped two important steps in repairing the AC compressor. To be exact, he did not flush the AC system and did not replace the accumulator which is required when repl... view moreacing an AC compressor.I called and spoke with Tom and he was very rude and told me that he did NOT replace the accumulator and skipped around the part about flushing the system. In short, dont waste your time or money dealing with this shady mechanic, there are MANY reputable and honest mechanics out there. This definitely is NOT one of them.
