I had a truck window replaced a few weeks ago in a Ford 150 and it was a very good experience. The gentleman in charge took care of it right away and had to have the glass brought in. This took up very little of my time and the business is not there to make a killing with prices, I believe they want your return business and charge you for the service accordingly.
