ALWAYS reliable with honest quotes. Because I live in the city, there have been times I`ve elected to get minor work done closer to home for the convenience but recently realized I should have just called Melvin first. He`s a straight shooter and I appreciate his integrity. Believe me, dealerships will do more than needed and in my experience charge twice as much. My transmission broke and I had it towed here. The next day they called with extensive details of the problems, what they would do to fix it, and the estimate for the work. Everything was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Awesome service!! Firestone wa...

Awesome service!! Firestone was supposed to replace the input sensor in my car, but they replaced the OUTPUT sensor instead, and on top of that they charged me nearly $400 for a part that should have cost $112. Transmission center changed the correct part and didn`t charge me for labor because they are just that nice!! I would highly recommend you go here.

Melvin`s shop is the only shop any of the Local mechanics in town will use. He the only one I trust.

very bad service

very bad service.
persuasive suggestions, estimates and road test results, just to take money from your pocket.
continuous delay and postpones with their service. you may even leave your car one or two weeks longer than they promised.
really bad experience to deal with this shop.
