Run like Hell!!! a Den of Thieves

This organization that calls themselves Christian are nothing more that a bunch of Wolves in Sheepskins. John Sheffield stole my sisters`s car after she went to pick it up and pay the remaining $500.00 and said there was a $4000.00 storage fee after he agreed there would be none she confirmed this with the Manager. Excessive Labor Charges

Here is the email I sent CBAC on 1/6/10: I was so excited when I learned that CBAC was not some brothers with the last name Christian but was a Christian company founded on honesty and integrity. As a fellow Christian and a single mom, I couldn`t wait for my next oil change to do business with my brothers. I got my opportunity sooner than expected when my check engine light came on. I was greeted with a smile a... view morend an offer for a ride because it would be an hour wait before they got to my car. I opted to stay since I would need a ride back and I had some work that could be done from my phone. A gentleman came out and explained that I needed a new battery. I said okay and a few minutes later, he came back out with a piece of paper... three item subtotals were highlighted and he was explaining to me that these three things needed to be done and why they were so important. Then he said he would leave it with me. For the next few minutes I studied the sheet paying particular attention to the labor charges. Then I noticed the labor charge for the battery change. If the gentleman had pointed out to me that they were going to charge me $89 to change the battery, I would have declined the service and bought my own battery from Wal-Mart and let my son drop it in. I have been telling EVERYONE about CBAC`s excessive labor charges, showing off the highlighted page, and all of the gentlemen in my life have told me they overcharged me because I am a woman. I hate to believe that a Christian brother would do that to his sister. I would hope that they overcharge everyone... although that sounds terrible too. I am sad that my experience was so negative! I am also sad that CBAC is overcharging people in the name of Jesus. It is one more example of Christians giving Jesus a bad name. It breaks my heart. I would much prefer that people think CBAC are brothers with the last name Christian. Money down the drain!

Family member took vehicle there, because we heard good things about service. This could not be further from the truth. We had to call them to get an answer, and the diagnosis was questionable at best. It appeared that they were just trying to sock him with a $2300 bill. I do not recommend this over priced fancy garage. Mechanic was bold enough to even say he was the only mechanic and he did not have time to ful... view morely check the problem. I was looking for ""Quality Service"" not excuses. Overpriced!!! Go someplace else......
