I was recommended to them from an Uncle that always took his truck here and nowhere else. I had them put on Dynomax super turbo`s on a 94 Impala and was satisfied with the work. I took it back 6 month`s later to have them cut off the over the axle pipes and install turn downs because I wanted it louder. I took it back a third time to have them fabricate an H-pipe or crossover to mellow out the tone. Their price and w... view moreork was reasonable. I would take the other review with a grain of salt, sounds like the guy doesn`t know much about cars or exhaust. He probably had them installed Flowmaster 40`s with dumps and then complained about drone. Which would be the equivalent of buying and lighting a pack of black cats and then complaining they are too loud. Just my 2 cents

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!

had a muffler swap done. took it back because it sounded bad and ran bad. BGM blamed everything from the muffler to a fuel problem. keep in mind this is a brand new truck. Took it to the dealership they told me nothing wrong except the exhaust. took it to another exhaust shop and they said the way they cut the exhaust right after the muffler causes reverb right below the bed of the truck. explains the awful drone. th... view moreey also contributed the power loss at low rpm to how they clamped on the muffler and ran a dump right after. they said it needs to have a few turns in the pipe after the exhaust. they fied it properly but cost me money of course. take it to norman and get it done right. AVOID these guys!!!!!
