Horrible Customer Service

We bought a brand new $40K truck from a very nice salesman in 2008. It came with a 5 year factory warranty. Well, one month before the warranty was up, we started having serious issues with the truck and had it towed to Ada. They supposedly `fixed` the `minor` issue, and sent us packing, with a bill of $800. Two days later, the same problem. Now, six weeks in, we have to call the service department ourselves to chec... view morek on the status of the part that was supposedly ordered a month ago. No one even gives us a courtesy call to say `Hey, we still have your truck and are doing all we can to fix it`. They are extremely rude and are bothered when we call every week. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY YOU`RE SCREWED!!!!!
