bad custoer service

I called their number to find out if they had a part for my motorcycle, i was put on transfered and put on hold, they came on the line and i was told to hold again, was put back in the que and when someone answered they just put me back on hold without ever finding out what it was that i wanted, waited / wasted 15 minutes of my valuable time.
