WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS!

CAVEAT EMPTOR! Use Yelp to find someplace else! I took my car in for shot of freon for the A/C. They claimed I needed a new compressor/clutch, manifold, and accumulator... $1,600! I told them just to fill it with freon and I would drive it as long as I could. MY A/C DIDN`T WORK WHEN I GOT IT BACK FROM THEM. I took it to another Edmond mechanic who found the REAL problem. A leaky valve was causing the fre... view moreon to escape. He replaced the valve, filled it up, and it works fine now! The mechanic also told me they wanted too much for the repair, even if that had been the problem. I spoke with the service manager who refused to explain how they said my A/C needed to be replaced. He didn`t even apologize. Ultimately, I got a refund for the work they did do, but I wonder how many other people would not or did not take the time to get a 2nd opinion and got scammed. I would suggest trying ANY other mechanic in Edmond beside this one. Other Firestone locations may be fine, but stay far away from this one.

Good guys

I have been going here for 10 years. In the rare occasion a fix isn`t right, they make good on it. I almost never go anyplace else.

Bad service. Real bad, go elsewhere. Long waits, and unprofessional staff.
