Worst auto and service ever
Purchased a program minivan a few years back. Worst vehicle I`ve ever owned. Seriously. But that really isn`t Bob Howards fault. What is their fault is the service I received. Replacing parts without my permission, doing work that required follow up visits, after having called and scheduled a day to bring in the car, they make a mistake and claim no schedule was made, requiring them to keep the car overnight wit... view moreh no loaner, promising to call me when parts came in and they never did, and so on. I will never, ever, even if they are the last car dealer on the planet, buy a car from them again.
