My husband took our car in for an oil change, they came out and told him he also needed an cabin air filter and gave him the price of $49.99, along with the oil change price of $36.99 .. after the work was done, and he went to pay, the total was $131.28 he spoke with the manager who told him that they had given him the wrong price .. but didn`t do anything to clear up the issue. We have been there before, and they typically try to ADD things in that we need .. but all oil change places do .. but have never been given ONE price, then charged another .. they should call themselves; " Thomas Quick Price Change"

I have been going to Thomas Kwick Kar for five plus years. I have always recieved professional service and attention to any questions or concerns I have had about my vehicle or their procedures. I am self employed and I drive around 1500 to 2000 miles a week. I needed a place I could depend on for fast full service and any mechanicle needs that should come up. I have never been dissapointed.
