Told them we needed a good car since we have 2 kids. We bought the car last april, its been in the shop at least once a month & now the transmisson is bad. I got into it with the owner over all of it & he tried to tell me i had to leave the car even though payments were current. The salesmen arent that great & the girl in the servive department is very rude. They would also call us & say we gave bogus... view more number.

Wow!!!!! This car lot needs to be shut down. My friend bought a car from them, havent had the car 6 days. Started running hot.. She called, and They said once They sell it, it`s out of thier hands!!!!!! Poor business.

I was just responding to a review that I have just read, and I belive that he did have those problems. My mom had gottan a car from Shawnee Auto mall and the brakes were gone in it, we were lucky to make it home that day. The company should make sure that the vehicles taht they do have are attiquet and running properly; before they sell them to the consumer. I mean really, they wouldnt by a car if they new that it wa... view mores over-heating and the brakes were down to the meatel. Seems to me that they need to take a little morer pride in there work and not just be about the sale that they would get.

Kensreview

I bought a car there on 3/16/09 and it Die four times, then i took a trip and it overheated, so I had it check out and it need a flush,oil change,etc. that was a week after i drove it off the lot? When i ask if they had AEI Mechanic they said yes but his card was form 1996! my car is 2002 !
