I wish I could rate negative stars. Nothing but trouble with my 2011 RAM 3500. I have been charged out the Ying Yang for multiple problems I`ve had since July. Problems too numerous to list. Now they told me they can`t fix it and suggest I trade it in for a 2012. I`d be more than happy to trade it in but my loan would be so upside down for a truck that is a significant downgrade. The way the dealership talks to me... view more makes my feel it`s my fault for all the problems. In fact they got upset because I gave them a low rating on questionnaire Dodge sent me. I`m so flustered I`m about ready to trade it in for a Ford.
