I BOUGHET USED TRANNY FOR 1999 ML 320 ,AFTER WE INSTALL IT IT TURN TO LEAKING OIL FROM REAR SENSOR, IT COST US ANTHER $ 500 DOLLARS TO FIX THE LEAK. ALSO I SEND MY WIFE TO MATCH A/C HOSE THE SALES PERSON WENT INSIDE FOR 5 MINS AND WE DONT HAVE IT , WE THINK HE DIDNOT EVEN LOOK FOR IT.

Customer service is non existent. 100,000 mile engine was quoted near a factory rebuilt engine from a local dealership. Minimal parts warranty and labor warranty excessive. Maybe they don`t want to deal with the average Joe. They seem as if they would rather deal with the insurance companies. What a shame. I will never do business with this company.
