Incompetent Employee

I have been going to Take Ten since 12/2005...and up until last year I never had a problem. I went for my regularly scheduled oil change. I was in and out quickly and went about my day. Less than a week later...my car wouldn`t run. I opened the hood to connect the computer interface to diagnose and lo and behold my air filter unit was not attached. They had checked the air filter but never latched the lid back on. ... view more Through the diagnosis, my mass airflow sensor had gone out so I bought and installed the new one and suprise the car now ran. Needless to say, I now change my own oil and recycle it at an auto parts store. I guess the only way they could have improved my experience is to never have hired inept help in the first place. Though I am not sure that the unlatched cover of the air filter which ties into the mass air flow sensor is the cause of the failure...I no longer trust a place where the most simple task cannot be completed by people who are supposed to be trained to do their job...more so when I repaired it myself and I am no mechanic.
